December Five

Never a good thing when you watch breaks minutes before a race.
Literally minutes.
But the show must go on.

Twenty Ten Dallas White Rock Marathon. And Half-Marathon.

Lots of people.
Just hanging out.
Waiting for the start.
In the freezing cold.

I ran behind Elvis for a little bit.
Crack me up.

About halfway through the Half.
Lots of people.
Just running along.
Still pretty cold.
(PS - It's really hard to take pictures and run at the same time.)

And then I finished. 13.1 miles.
Official time = 2h:1m:13s
Not my best.
Not my worst.
I'll take it (and the super-sweet medal).
For now that is.
