September Twenty Two
I will be the first to admit that my taste buds are about as sophisticated as those of a thirteen year old boy.
Still... I will never understand why people enjoy pimento cheese. Sick.
I also don't understand pimento cheese, and I believe as a Tennessee girl living in Georgia that I am supposed too. However, I was not raised in the aristocracy, I was raised on grits.
But I will say that the last time my parents took me for a fancy dinner, we had pimento cheese on artisan bread with fried pickles. Fried pickles make it happen. It was amazing.
